Step 3: The Interview Process

There may be multiple interviews depending on the company's rules and various interview techniques, even online interview. It would be best if you go to the interview about 30 minutes before it starts (if it has a venue). However, if you arrive early, you may have to wait. This may create some pressure and eagerness. Please note that you should never read any lessons or study materials as this will only increase the pressure. Be calm and just think of some stories and jokes to keep yourself happy and relaxed. There are two main types of interviews: technical and non technical interviews. A company can do any / both of these types with multiple rounds. A non technical interview is also called as an H.R. interview. Here they will ask some general questions. An interview starts the minute you enter the room. Your every movement counts when you want to impress the interviewer. Most interviews will be in a closed room with one or more interviewer(s). Enter the room politely after taking permission and wish the panel member(s). Ask for permission before taking a seat, usually one of the panel member will ask you to sit.
